Winter is when we spend more time indors, more time cooking and enjoying the fruits of Summer and Autumn.
Join us for a workshop dinner that illustrates the beauty and simplicity of Poruguese cuisine. Learn basic techniques that will help you to incorporate wonderfull, simple dishes to your menu of favourites.
Be ready to delight in land and sea flavours centuries in the making that are making headwinds in today's culinary pages of the world.
You will learn by helping me prepare the four course dinner between 5 and 7PM. Afterwards we will sit down to enjoy the feast by the fire.
Feel free to bring your own beverage to accompany your dinner.
We are keeping it intimate with a small group.
Our workshop series will be exploring many flavorfull dishes based on these proteins.
