Joaquim has been an Olive oil producer in his native Portugal for over a decade. He works alongside with ONE certified organic farmer Rui, whom he visits once a year during olive harvest in the Beira Alta region. Together they craft several micro batches of the purest and most precious olive oil.  Conde Gourmet is his expression of his commitment to healthy food specializing in certified organic Extra Virgin micro batch Olive oils, Almonds and Dried figs.
