Lamb and red wine over an open fire. Autumn is the season when we cull our heard of sheep and for the occasion we are preparing a Portuguese classic paired with the bounty of early fall.

About The Event
Join us for another celebration of great food and sustainability. The 3 course dinner inspired on a Portuguese classic will center on the wonderful Lamb.
Please note that all food served is grown or raised at our farm with the exception of minor pantry ingredients. Our food is grown organically. No herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or chemical fertilizers are ever used at our farm. Our sheep are raised on pasture and Winter on hay.
For this event you need to bring your table service kit. Best table set wins a prize basket from our food shop.
Please bring:
-Starter plate
-Plate for main
-Cutlery
-Beverage of preference and glass ( we supply fresh water at every table )
Arrive an hour early to mingle sip and nibble. Join Joaquim for a tour of the farm where he shows you where the foods for the dinner came from and how the farm works.
Dinner will start promptly at 4:00 PM rain or shine.

Our event is child friendly and children under 10 don't pay. ( please notify us if children are attending)
We offer no substitutions.
