Table at the Farm Harvest Dinner
Lechon is the traditional Mediterranean method of preparing suckling pig. We roast the pig enclosed over a charcoal fire to seal the flavor and smoke it at the same time.

About The Event
Join us for another celebration of great food and sustainability. The 3 course dinner inspired on Mediterranean classics will center on the wonderful pig.
Please note that all food served is grown or raised at our farm with the exception of minor pantry ingredients. Our food is grown organically. No herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or chemical fertilizers are ever used at our farm. Our animals are raised on pasture and fed only organic grain.
For this event you need to bring your table service kit. Best table set wins a prize basket from our food shop.
Please bring:
-Starter plate
-Plate for main
-Cutlery
-Beverage of preference and glass ( we supply fresh water at every table )
Arrive an hour early to mingle sip and nibble. Join Joaquim for a tour of the farm where he explains the method behind the madness.
Dinner will start promptly at 4:00 PM rain or shine.

Our event is child friendly and children under 10 don't pay. ( please notify us if children are attending)
We offer no substitutions.
