About The Event
Join us for the last event of 2021. Great food, live music and another celebration of sustainability.
We have assembled a team of talented local chefs to prepare a selection of seasonal Pitxos.
The chefs will be:
- Cooking on our outside wood fire areas.
- Working only with seasonal foods from our farm.
- Presenting the foods in the format of the iconic northern Spanish Pintxo.
This will be a near zero environmental impact event that promotes local food, seasonal eating and ethical food production.
There will be no disposable wares, not dishes to wash.
Guests are welcome to bring own beverages but local county beverage producers will be on site to offer refreshments. Entertainment will be provided not only by our talented chefs but also by local musicians.
60.00 for an unlimited ticket or pay per Pintxo.
The event is child friendly.
