About The Event

We are not a restaurant, so please read the following carefully, your experience depends on you understanding how it works.

This harvest dinner is inspired on the Patagoniand traditional Gaucho technique of cooking. The feast will center on the wonderful Lamb, and our serving style is modeled on the southern European/ Mediterranean family and friends table parties.

Please note that all food served is grown or raised at our farm with the exception of minor pantry ingredients. Our food is grown organically. No herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or chemical fertilizers are ever used at our farm.

Our animals are raised on pasture and fed only organic grain.

For this event you need to bring your table service kit. Best table set wins a prize basket from our food shop.

Please bring:

-Your best table cloth

-Starter Bowl

-Plate for main

-Cutlery

- Beverage of preference with glassware

(medium to full body red wine pairing)

- Picnic basket with your gear in it. ( very cool but optional )

Prize for best (single or couple) table setting is awarded. Bring your best!

( we supply fresh water at every table )

This event is weather dependent and will be adjourned if raining. (any guests not able to attend the replacement date will be refunded their ticket price in full.)

3:00 PM---Farm gate opens

3:00 PM---Hors D'ouvres

3:30 PM---Guided farm tour

4:00 PM---Dinner is served

Arrive by 3:00 PM to set up, mingle, nibble and sip. Join Joaquim for a tour of the farm where he shows you how the farm works and where the foods to make the dinner came from.

Our event is child friendly and children under 10 don't pay. ( please notify us if children are attending)

We offer no substitutions.
