Primavera tasting (day 2)
Primavera is a celebration of renewal, the new season and the work towards sustainability. A low impact event to promote responsible consumption. The farm becomes the stage with several chefs preparing an array of foods all from the farm. Local beverages and live music.

About The Event
Join us for another celebration of great food and sustainability.
For the first harvest event of the year we have assembled a team of local chefs to man our outside cooking areas.
The chefs will be:
- Cooking on our outside wood fire areas.
- With the exception of minor pantry items. Working only with seasonal foods from our farm.
- Presenting the foods in the format of the iconic northern Spanish Pintxo.
This will be a near zero environmental impact event that promotes local food, seasonal eating and ethical food production.
Guests are welcome to bring own beverages but local county beverage producers will be on site to offering refreshments. Entertainment will be provided not only by our talented chefs but also by local musicians.
The event is child friendly and children under 10 do not pay.
