Winter is the indoor season for a farmer. It is also when I spend more time in the kitchen.
Come join me as I venture into wild caught fish from our lakes and from the ocean to complement the meats that we raise at our farm. Together we will create a Winter seasonal tasting menu utilising portuguese recipes and cookingh techniques.
How much hands on the workshop is depends on your level of confort.
A relaxed and casual afternoon designed to be a feast for the senses and a cabinfever antidote.
